Following the success of his novel The Monday Revolution, David Mansfield came to Whitefox with a clear vision of what he wanted the follow-up project to look like. The Monday Revolution Essentials saw David set out to refine and focus the core principles of his first book into a sharper, practical, and actionable guide for busy professionals. His ambition to convey his high-impact ideas in a concise and tailored format that catered to the demands of both corporate and entrepreneurial audiences was clear.

Our challenge lay in reaching a business readership that predominantly purchases books online, while ensuring the flexibility to distribute directly to corporate clients and at live events. The publishing model needed to be efficient and low-risk, while still meeting the high production values expected from a business insights title.

Whitefox collaborated closely with David to develop a publishing plan that aligned with the book’s pace and purpose. Bearing in mind his targeted business readership, we proposed a combined print-on-demand and ebook distribution approach using Amazon and IngramSpark. This model ensured widespread availability while minimizing overhead costs, and also provided David with the option to order printed copies at author cost, facilitating direct distribution to clients, colleagues, and event audiences. Our aim was to ensure a streamlined and efficient publishing process that maintained production standards and gave David control over when, where, and how the book reached its readers.
